Job Description

Do you have experience of working for a Telecoms company in a sales administration, sales operations or customer service capacity Are you passionate about providing excellent administrative and customer serviceEpsilon is a global telecommunications service provider that is making the need for connecting in the cloud and around the world simple through our Network as a Service (NaaS) platform, InfinyAs Sales Administrator you will support the voice sales team working with new and existing customers and partners, progressing orders and managing a range of daily communications to enhance business relationships. A key element of your role will be to manageinternational orders for porting of telephone numbers to ensure they are completed on time and to expectation.This is an opportunity to own a positive and important contribution to the company managing timely delivery of orders enhancing the experience for our customers.Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate client and customer information on the CRM and related business systems
  • Work closely with sales managers, existing customers and suppliers to ensure timely responses to enquires and opportunities
  • Co-ordination of tasks procurement and support teams across engineering and provisioning to support service deliver
  • Maintaining an accurate list of active, pending and completed porting requests and liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Reporting on sales activity and assist finance team reconciling with supplier invoices
  • Ensure timely, appropriate, and structured escalation of matters that impact on customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience of supporting a sales team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience of liaising with customers over the phone and email
  • Previous experience in a telecoms and customer facing environment
  • Able to understand and communicate commercial impact of proposals
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience of working in a collaborative Salesforce driven environment is useful
