Job Description

Service Advisor£NEG plus bonusesSherburn in ElmetMonday - Friday Office HoursWe are recruiting for our client based in Sherburn in Elmet. As a Customer Service Advisor you would be office based at our clients head office, where you would administer maintenance, repair and service jobs that have been completed.Main Duties

  • Service administration
  • Processing of timesheets from engineers ensuring they are correct and true and in line with vehicle trackers.
  • Verifying jobs via the internal system.
  • Processing jobs ensuring teams are equipped and parts are available.
  • Supporting the service team with ensuring the vans are serviced/repaired.
  • Supporting the service team with ensuring the teams uniform is fit for purpose.
  • Entering data into both the sales CRM system and the ACCESS (Service Manager) system as and when required.
  • Communicating effectively as a team member and being an effective conduit between sales and operations.
  • Working with the team to ensure we deliver the right solution to suit the customers needs.
  • Supporting the service team with coordination of the engineers when required i.e., holidays, sickness, and leave
