Shiftsfor this role are 6am to 2pm, 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 12pm to 8pm.Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet has been rated Outstanding by the CQC*, putting it at the very top of the regulators quality ratings.Reporting to our welcoming Administration Manager, Rachel, you will provide an efficient reception service to patients, staff and visitors, meeting and greeting all arrivals in a professional and customer focused approach. Your role will include answering callsfrom patients, GP surgeries and other hospital staff, distributing calls and messages, booking outpatient sessions and patient transport.About The CandidateYou will be experienced in dealing with the public, both in person and over the phone, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage difficult situations in a calm manner.
