You will be responsible for safe admission planning, making sure that all admission requirements arein place prior to patients arriving at the hospital, and incorporating discharge planning and health education into patient care.About The CandidateYou will be an experienced NMC registered Nurse having previously worked in pre-assessment environment with demonstrable competent clinical judgement.
