Job Description

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client near Shepton Mallet, who are actively seeking to appoint a Planning Administrator on a 3-month temporary contractWhat you will be doing:Reporting to the Senior Administration, you will be providing essential support to the team, duties to include:

  • Accurate input of information onto company system including timesheets and daily job cards
  • Preparing documentation to support damage and additional works claims
  • Liaising with sites to query any discrepancies or missing information
  • Recording parts usage
  • Organising training
  • General office and procurement administration
  • Assisting Fleet Planner with document control of maintenance documents
  • Assisting Fleet Planner with any additional duties as and when required
  • Provide other general administration support
What you will need to succeed:
  • Need to have previous administration experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills
What you will receive in return:
  • Monday to Friday 09.00AM to 17.00PM or 08.00AM to 16.00PM
  • £11.00 per hour
