As an advocate for continuous improvement, you will act as a facilitator tothe learning needs of other staff groups including medical and nursing staff, ensuring excellent patient care is at the heart of what we do.About The CandidateAs a Plaster Technician in our team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Shepton Mallet youll be responsible for providing professional and technical support to Hand and Wrist and Foot Surgeons by demonstrating a high standard of expertise of orthopaedic castingtechniques.With prior plastering experience to kick-start your success in this role, you will demonstrate best practice according to the Association of Orthopaedic Practitioners (AOP) and British Orthopaedic Association (BOA) codes of professional practice.
