  • Training on Kitting and lay-up operations
  • Vacuum bagging techniques
  • Cure operations to engineering methods and processes (Autoclaves, Ovens, and Vacuum pumps)
Trainee Composite Laminator Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
  • Team building Skills
  • Decision making skills
Trainee Composite Laminator Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience/internship/engineering qualification
  • Understanding of Shelf Life of Materials would be an advantage.
