Job Description

T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join an innovative family run company based in Shepshed on a permanent basis.With on-going plans for expansion and future growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join the team during a period of investment and development.Stores Operative Job Benefits;

  • Up to £23,000 per annum DOE
  • Monday - Friday (8:30-5)
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Stores Operative Job Details;
  • Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received
  • Assembly of parts
  • Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies with stock
  • Stock checking and keeping records updated on the inventory management system
  • Picking and delivering goods
  • Organising and delivering goods to different departments across the business
  • General upkeep of the stores area
Stores Operative Person Specification;
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous FLT Counterbalance experience is desirable
  • Basic IT skills and working knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Physically fit due to the lifting involved and happy to stand for the duration of your shift
