Job Description

Job Title: Administrator Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Shepshed, Loughborough, Leicestershire Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods. The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their Manufacturing client based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, on a full time, permanent basis. This opportunity will be working within the ProcurementDepartment and reporting directly into the Procurement Manager. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the below: - Raising and processing purchase orders. - Ensuring customer accounts maintain accurately updated with contact information and payment status. - Reviewing customer invoices, ensuring that prices match up with delivery documentation. - Coordination of deliveries, ensuring customer and supplier timeframes are managed. - Accurately uploading all order and delivery documentation onto the shared database, so all UK offices have access. - Creating market leading customer quotations. - Provide additional administrative support to the procurement department as and where required. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in an office-based environment, either withing a customer focussed or administration role. You will need to have strong attention to detail due to the documentation you will be handling,and adaptable in a fast-working environment.
