Role - IT Helpdesk Technician Location - LE12 Salary - up to £35,000 SF Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide comprehensive IT Support to Internal and/or External customers Key Responsibilities as the IT Helpdesk Technician - First point of contact for all end users - User account setup and maintenance - IT Induction and face to face support and training where needed - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end user devices (Windows clients, Android & iPhone mobiles, printers, projectors etc) - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalate more complex problems (1st and 2nd Level support with some 3rd Level) - Contribute to documentation and knowledge base - Provide advice to end users when required - These roles and responsibilities will change from time to time and the post holder is required to undertake any additional duties as deemed appropriate In return you will be offered an attractive salary and work office hours Monday-Friday.
