Job Description

Customer Services Assistant Location: ShepshedSalary: £21,843 per annum DOEHours: Full time, 39 hours (8:30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, and 8:30am-4:30pm Fri)Permanent VacancyAre you seeking a new challenge within customer service Do you have experience of working within a call centre or contact centre Can you demonstrate good IT skills If so, this could be the role for you.Flowers Associates are working exclusively with a company based in Shepshed who due to growth are recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant to take ownership of their key accounts, processing and managing their orders as well as resolving any queries raised.This role would be ideal for a candidate with office-based customer service skills and knowledge of SAP and/or Microsoft Excel, looking for a new challenge within a growing industry. The Role:The key aims for the post-holder are to ensure excellent service is always provided to all customers and internal stakeholders, achieving all KPIs for speed and quality of service. The role requires the ability to quickly build strong relationships with teammembers and deliver excellent customer service to all customers over the telephone.The successful Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for the following duties: Provide excellent customer service skills, dealing with customer queries via telephone and email with the ability to handle and resolve difficult situations quickly, offering a positive and friendly customer experience in every transaction Process customer information and orders, accurately and with attention to detail through the SAP order processing system Process data entry, utilising Microsoft Excel to do so Build strong professional relationships with key accounts, and take responsibility for ensuring their end-to-end experience is well managed and organised Achieve KPI metrics for the department including but not limited to; number of orders processed, number of inputting errors, telephone call handling, etc Working as part of a team to maximize efficiencies within the department, modernising processes and coming up with new creative ideas to improve service levels Act as point of contact internally for other departments including Business Development, Industry, Marketing, Finance and SalesThe ideal Candidate will:have office-based customer service skills, with the ability to handle and resolve difficult situations quickly over the telephone and email. As well as this, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and strongorganisational skills. It is desirable for the customer services assistant to have previous experience using SAP and Microsoft Excel and be able to write professional email communication. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and be able toinput data accurately and methodically.
