Job Description

Yardi 1st line Support Systems AnalystSheffield/ Hybrid£25,000 - £31,500Company Overview Cobalt is delighted to be supporting a well-respected Student Accommodation Manager who is based in Sheffield. Due to the growth in client demand and growth within their IT function, they are looking for a Yardi Systems Analyst to come in and support theHead of Business Systems facility their growth.Role Responsibilities

  • To provide 1st line support to end users of Yardi
  • Support and provide basic troubleshooting
  • Provide analysis, scoping, and testing on new upgrades of Yardi
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Systems on training and advice to users
  • To work closely with the businesses 3rd party software providers on complex issues
Role Requirements
  • Must have experience in working with bespoke business systems in real estate (Yardi, MRI Horizon, Qube, Tramps)
  • Able to display strong Microsoft package knowledge
  • Have excellent customer service skills and be a confident communicator
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with an ability to collaborate and open to feedback, learning, and developing
  • Be self-motivated and have the willingness to develop
