As market leaders in their industry, they are highly respected and wellestablished.Role:As the Recruitment Consultant will be joining a supportive, dedicated team and helping to grow a desk within a niche industry, which you will get to know inside out and become a true expert in your field. You will smash your targets and work towards your ownpersonalised business plan by building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.You must be confident in speaking with people at all levels, to win new business and additionally have strong questioning and listening skills to gain a full understanding of the needs of all parties, ultimately to ensure consistent success. You will be expected to meet with hiring managers across the region, and a driving licence would be beneficial.As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be required to:

  • Proactively source new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Attract and place candidates into appropriate vacancies, offering advice and coaching from application to start date and beyond to ensure successful, lasting placements.
  • Ensure all activity is logged on CRM.
  • Negotiate fees and terms with both clients and candidates.
  • Effectively manage and develop client and candidate relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service and be an advocate for the business.
RequirementsAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will ideally have previous sales, recruitment or similar experience but the key to a great Recruitment Consultant is all about the right attitude, energy and resilience.To be successfully considered for the role of Recruitment Consultant, you will:
  • Have previous experience of efficiently managing a busy workload and remaining organised.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – if you don’t love talking to and meeting new people, then it might not be the right career path for you.
  • Resilience, motivation to keep going and remain positive, even on the days where it might feel like everything’s not going the way you planned!
