Research in Practice is renowned in childrens services and the adult social care sector for providing high-quality learning events and resources.Role: Web Systems Coordinator Location: Dartington / Sheffield / Remote Hours: 37.5 or 30 hours per week Salary: Circa £35,000 dependent on experienceWe are looking for a dynamic, multi-talented Web Systems Coordinator to lead the maintenance and development of our CMS and CRM. You will have a proven track record of working with multiple web products using the latest web technologiesand a working knowledge of web server admin, domain admin and data management.We are committed to developing our web offer, and your experience in scoping requirements with staff and website users along with your knowledge of industry best practice will support the continued development and innovation of our systems.You will have excellent, proven, relationship management skills (internal and external) and will have experience of working collaboratively with colleagues in both line management and matrix management arrangements. You will have strong budget managementand line management skills, and experience of leading a team working to hybrid working arrangements.At Research in Practice, we bring together academic research, practice expertise and the experiences of people accessing services. We then apply this knowledge to develop a range of resources and learning opportunities, as well as delivering tailored services,expertise and training.We work closely with professionals across the children, families and adult sectors to ensure our work is truly sector-led and responds to the most pressing issues.You will be expected to reflect the values of the organisation in every aspect of your work.This job is full-time, but we may consider 0.8FTE by negotiation. We work with clients across England and Wales from our main office in Dartington, Devon and a satellite office in Sheffield.
