Job Description

Warehouse & Supply Chain Supervisor – Sheffield – £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsChase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly growing technology-based company who are looking for a Warehouse & Supply Chain Supervisor to join their team.As Warehouse & Supply Chain Supervisor, you will supervise the team day to day monitoring performance and pushing continuous improvement. Warehouse & Supply Chain Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining/Implementing KPIS to monitor or improve performance, reporting monthly to line manager
  • Co-ordinating/planning daily tasks/projects for team members
  • Efficiently manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices, including cycle counting, stock takes, stock rotation, slow moving stock, and regular audits
  • Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective products, and work proactively to prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service, logistics, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure optimal operations across the supply chain
  • Preparation of monthly reports for line manager
  • Working with finance with regards to month end
  • Ensuring external branches are stock replenished daily, maintaining/amending reports where required
  • Creating min/max inventory stocking levels that meet the business needs
  • Carrying out ERP transactions & maintaining data
  • Maintain/Implement and enforce quality control processes & standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory
  • Enforcing health and safety standards
  • Forklift truck driving (training provided)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pmRequired Skills & Experience:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookups, Data Manipulation and graphs)
  • Proven leadership skills within a fast paced warehouse operation
  • Experience with ERP
  • Planning/project management
