We help people to fulfil their potential and businesses to grow with a skilled workforce so that together we contribute positively to society.How you can deliver & achieve with us:Our caseloads are on average are 35-40 learners but can vary depending on courses being delivered, with our foremost focus being on our learners, their progress and their timely achievement. Training & Development Officers are expected to source a proportion of their own learners to shape a localised caseload.The successful applicant will be delivering a combination of apprenticeships from level 5, level 4, level 3 and level 2. We use e-portfolio so you can manage the learner journey remotely, which creates a robust tracking system and we will provide you with all the tools for you to do this successfully.You will work remotely with some learner visits being face to face but with the majority being remote over Zoom platform but you won’t be on your own as you will form part of a regional team.
