Job Description

  • Work Type - Permanent
  • Salary - £23,092 (OTE £26,565) + Uncapped Commission
  • Location - Sheffield

Main Responsibilities as a Trade Store Manager
  • Supervising the commencement and conclusion of store operations as needed
  • Keeping a close eye on all shop activities throughout scheduled shifts
  • Preparing for promotional events and executing product demonstrations
  • Addressing alarms and responding promptly to callouts
  • Ensuring the tidiness and organization of the store premises
  • Actively seeking and exploring new avenues for business development
  • Engaging in phone communication with both current and prospective customers
Core Experience & Skills Required
  • Background in retail, particularly in a senior/team lead or managerial capacity
  • Previous experience in DIY stores/products (highly preferred)
  • Eager and driven
  • Practical and hands-on with a proactive approach
  • Independent and self-reliant
  • Possessing robust organizational skills
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Committed and dedicated to tasks
