Job Description

This role is paying a crucial part in the track and trace process. You will work closely with Public Health Englands to ensure the smooth running of the contact tracing process.Client DetailsThe client is a reputable organisation who are running a large track and trace project with immediate starts.Description

  • First point of contact to individuals who have tested positive
  • Providing support to worried individuals and having empathy around their situations
  • Tracing with individuals, who they have been in to contact with
  • Making outbound calls to people who have been in contact with someone who has tested positive
  • Offering guidance around the isolation process
  • Inputting and recording all data accurately on various databases and spreadsheets
  • Be able to work efficiently and quickly under the circumstances
  • Be a self starter working remotely
    • ProfileThe ideal candidate will have experience within track and trace or will have come from any call centre/customer service background. As an ideal candidate you must have a good attention to detail, be able to deliver high levels of customer service and be empathetic when providing support to vulnerable individuals.Job OfferYou will be offered an immediate start with weekly pay and top ups. You will also be given all equipment needed and be trusted to work from home within a supportive remote team. Required skills
