Territory Sales ManagerCandidate Location: Sheffield, Doncaster, WorksopThe Role: The Territory Manager role will cover the South Yorkshire region of the UK from Barnsley in the North, down to Derby in the South, with a real focus on the Sheffield area. As a Territory Manager you will be selling a range of chemicalsand equipment used in the cleaning, preparation, and decontamination within various applications across engineering, industrial, and construction environments. Furthermore, you will be able to sell their huge range for commercial premises in the Hospitality& Catering sectors also.The Territory Sales Manager will be part of a direct sales team selling to these end users. This is an account management focused role with around 50 spending accounts of all sizes on patch. Your role will be to rekindle old relationships, grow existingones, and ensure the customer base are fully up to date with new products. This is a fast paced position and our client are looking for industrial sales professionals to drive the business in a new direction.The Company: This business is one which grows from the ground up. They have invested heavily in talent and training and are now looking for a forward thinking sales professional to continue their growth. This is a new position which showstheir ambition despite the pandemic. They are a fantastic business with a strong leadership team, a solid business plan, and are now looking for people to join them on their growth trajectory.We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Have experience in industrial consumables, tools, PPE, chemical sales
  • Or, has sold chemicals & consumables for commercial cleaning applications
  • Have sold direct to end users rather than channel/resellers
  • Are based on patch & have a field sales working history
  • Demonstrable track record in managing industrial accounts
  • Someone who is prepared to go the extra mile
  • Clean driving licence
Salary: £28k-30k Basic DOE + Guaranteed commissions up to £35k-36k Year 1 + £1k-2k Quarterly bonus + monthly commission (£40k-45k OTE overall) + company car + phone/laptop + pension + 20 days holiday (rises to 25 after 2 years)
