All products and services are built with teachers and schools needs at the core, ensuring they are innovative, trusted education solutions.They are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their expanding HR team, with excellent knowledge of all aspects of recruitment.Role overview:You will be one of two Talent Acquisition specialists responsible for leading all recruitment activity with a particular focus on sales, operations and shared services roles.This is a busy and varied role; responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle; from building the employer brand, managing advertising campaigns, performing initial interviews & screening calls and supporting managers through the selection process. Youwill be responsible for sourcing high quality talent to challenging deadlines through direct sourcing, advertising, head-hunting and partnering with recruitment agencies so its important that you can confidently communicate with all stakeholders, report oncampaigns and identify improvements.To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and internal stakeholders.
