And as you know where to find candidates that arent actively looking (and can speak crediblywith them about tech) the pipelines you build and maintain help you to fill your requisitions quickly with the best talent available.At Content+Cloud and our Group companies, we really value our four Collaboration Days per month. Each team has flexibility around how these are achieved across the month and in which of our C+C offices.You may have exposure to hiring internationally and across Microsoft technologies, which would be a bonus, but either way we will provide you with that experience.
