Location: Sheffield / Hybrid HomeworkingContract: PermanentHours: Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experienceBenefits package:

THE ROLEAs a Supplier Relationship Manager in The British Business Bank, you will be responsible for making finance markets work better for smaller businesses through the development of deep relationships with our strategic partners.Reporting to the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team and will be responsible for maximising the value and Supplier effectiveness from a portfolio of Supplier relationships from a cost, SLA, support andperformance perspective. You will partner with the business to oversee supplier service contracts and act as an escalation point for the Business and Supplier in the event of concerns, ensuring effective communication while reaching a resolution and undertakingpost incident reviews.You will also have responsibility for undertaking assurance activities, ensuring all controls and procedures are reviewed regularly and adhered to, as well as embedding Supplier Relationship Management processes across the business and acting as the subjectmatter expert. As part of your day to day service delivery, you will manage contracts in a professional and commercially focussed manner, and carry out on-going reviews of supplier contracts, in conjunction with Procurement, to optimise costs.You will have extensive experience of effective contract, commercial, service and budget management within a complex multi-source service and supplier environment, including service specific contract drafting, negotiation skills and dispute management. Theability to analyse complex performance information and invoicing, as well as using clear escalation paths for reporting and resolving issues are essential.We are seeking someone with a passion for supporting change, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong partnerships with the Business and Suppliers to drive value.Please visit the BBB Careers Page to view the full job description.ABOUT USThe British Business Bank is a unique and exciting institution.
