This exciting opportunity gives the ideal candidate a chance to be part of a growing team and be involved in the implementation and upkeep of an existing stores facility.Role: - Stores / Inventory PersonDuration: - 12 Weeks Temporary to PermanentHours: Monday - Friday 8am to 4pmPay Rate: £9.82 to £10.49 per hour DOELocation: - Sheffield S9Duties include but are not limited to:-- Help build our Stores section of the Computerised Maintenance Management System- Loading and unloading stock.- Monitoring and replenishing stock.- Picking, checking and accurate counting of parts.- Responsible for checking products to ensure correct parts are assigned to the correct jobs.- Processing and updating purchase orders on the businesses bespoke system.- Packaging items sufficiently to ensure any parts sent to customers or returned to manufacturers can be posted and arrive undamaged- Following up on all orders via the order process, liaising with customers and drivers regarding stock and delivery timescales.- Check returned items are intact and not damaged and report any damages to/or defective materials and equipment.- Comply with all company guidelines to ensure the company achieves the required level of quality standards.- Ensure stores cleanliness at all times.Skills Required- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and contribute to business growth.- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and progress.- Basic Computer literacy.- Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essentialStaff365 are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.
