Ensure team members are valued and supported through coaching, mentoring andproviding focus onhealth & safety, productivity, accuracy and quality by helping to lead the stock shift team, encouraging a team ethic to achieve daily targets for each shift.To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you are a people manager and have effectively managed a large team, can work independently and find solutions to operational issues and difficult situations utilising your knowledge and experienceof similar scenarios. The environment is fast paced and the business is going through a lot of change so youll need a flexible approach to managing your priorities and your team, due to the nature of the work youll have a proven ability to get things done.What skills and knowledge are required
