The role will strategically support the functional S2C Coupa operational system and processenabled activities, supporting both procurement and business users, as required. The role facilitates operational system and process activities necessary to successfully support the end-to-end S2C process, ensuring the process and Coupa solution is simplerand more efficient for procurement and especially business users.In this role, you will:

• Deliver strategic S2C Coupa process and system operational support to the Global Procurement function, and business users, in execution of S2C services under the leadership of Global Head of Source to Contract.
• Providing S2C Coupa deep subject matter expertise to Global Procurement, supporting S2C Coupa system and process improvement activities, leading S2C Coupa initiatives through to delivery.
• Identify, develop and drive opportunities and enhanced value benefits for the Global Businesses/Global Functions.
• Sharing your S2C Coupa strategic best practices and system expertise to facilitate upskilling of Coupa S2C capability across Global Procurement, whilst driving adoption and efficient use of the Coupa S2C toolset.
• Providing Level 2 Operational Support expertise via system administration, support, governance, and any ongoing improvements to the Coupa S2C module set across all countries where deployed.
• Design, development, and ongoing maintenance of all Coupa S2C templates, forms, and support of strategic business administration activities
• Working closely with the Procurement Operations, Source to Contract team, to provide strategic stakeholder, change management support to any new countries/users/initiatives and ensure develop, deliver, and enable any required Coupa process/template changes.
• Providing strategic MI to support oversight of Global Procurement S2C Coupa Performance, and enable delivery of required evidence in support of the Coupa business case/Global Procurement objectives.
• Ongoing monitoring of all related S2C Coupa toolset and process use to ensure consistency, identify signs of change, and ensure implement effective updates as required to maintain delivery/performance levels.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Extensive Procurement experience and deep subject matter expertise in the end-to-end Coupa Source to Contract system and process, with demonstrated added value results
• Demonstrated Coupa/S2C strategic thought leadership and best in class delivery results
• Knowledge and experience of Source to Contract Coupa system and process strategic best practices
• Experience of various Source to Contract Procurement toolsets, particularly Coupa
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder management
