Software Support Engineer (Azure / O365) £25,000+ SheffieldInteraction IT have partnered with a marketleading and well-established software business in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity as part of continued business growth over the last 6-12 months. You will be joining an experienced team of engineers and provide day-to-day operations including customer expansion and maintenance across the clients cloud-based systems, with a solid background in Microsoft Azure and Office 365.Role and responsibilities· At least 18 months commercial experience as a 1st and/or 2nd line support engineer, with some technical understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365· Industry related degree would be highly desirable but not essential· You will be supporting customers through the Onboarding and Implementation Process, with some understanding of troubleshooting experience in this area (essential)· Daily contact with customers to resolve technical issues with software products and identify solutions· Ability to develop Logic Apps in Microsoft Azure (data import/export, plus 3rd party system connectivity) · Experience of building long-lasting client and customer relationships · Industry certification and / or Microsoft Azure Logic Apps (highly desirable)In return our client offers a very relaxed and friendly working environment, very competitive salary, excellent company benefits and rapid development opportunities.If you are looking for a fantastic opportunity with a market leading company please submit interested CVs to and I will then give you a call to discuss in more detail.
