Job Description

Use your experience of implementing Workforce Management (WFM) or Time and Attendance (T&A) software solutions in this interesting and varied WFM implementation role for an exciting, successful company with a state of the art cloud based solution. Engage with clients, gather requirements, configure solutions, advise on best practice, test and rollout solutions that more than meet customer expectations. An exciting time to join a successful company with cutting a edge SaaS / cloud solution for WFM, Payroll and HCM. Home based in any UK location, with potential travel to sites for meetings.Salary around £50k to £60k plus bonus and bens with some flexibility and plenty of upwards career and salary development potential.You must have:

  • experience of delivering T&A/WFM software implementation projects to external clients of a software vendor or consultancy
  • strong customer management skills, good communication skills able to build relationships and establish credibility with clients and deliver to high levels of customer satisfaction
  • good hands on skills for configuring and testing software
  • a desire to keep learning and developing your skills and your career in a fast growing team
  • any additional experience of payroll, talent or HR software is a plus, as is non UK payroll expertise
  • You will work from home, attending client sites for meetings when relevant again.
