Software Engineering Manager - £75,000 - £85,000 - Sheffield / HybridApplause IT are partnered exclusively with a multi-billion GBP e-Commerce/retail business, very well-known within Yorkshire, with 50+ websites throughout the world, to find a new Software Engineering Manager responsible for overseeing a combination of offshoreand UK-based server-side developers. This would be a hybrid / partially-remote working solutions, with flexibility around working hours, too.This is a people-focused Software Engineering Manager role, so whilst a technical background is a requirement your responsibilities will be more focused around building/leading a high performing team and championing quality software delivery.
