Job Description

Service Care Solutions have an exciting vacancy which has become available for a local authority with the position being based in Sheffield.The key purpose of the position will be to assist with repairs and maintenance work taking in cleaning, driving and voids duties to ensure that properties are left in a good state for handover to new tenants.Duties will include but not be limited to;-

  • Providing a quality service to the customers through repairs and maintenance.
  • Provide end-to-end site support which would include delivery of equipment, collection and disposal of waste.
  • Cleaning/Clearing unwanted items including white goods from inside and outside of vacant properties leaving the properties clean.
  • Driving of a service vehicle ensuring safe travelling and use of vehicle.
  • Cleaning of residential properties.
  • Rubbish collection and disposal.
  • Liaising with tenants.
  • Maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Using devices/technology to log the assignments.
As this is a driving focused role, we are seeking candidates who hold a Full UK Driving License and are able to start immediately.Skills we are seeking in a candidate will include;-
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • COSHH awareness
  • Manual Handling trained
  • Ability to drive a vehicle
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Customer Service
  • Able to work flexibly and under pressure
