Client DetailsPage Group are working in partnership with an industry leading business within the Health & Medical sector who have multiple sites across the UK. As the business looks to open 2 new site and expand internationally, they are looking for a new Service OperationsManager to lead them at their offices in SheffieldDescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and strategic leadership and growth to all areas including service, customer service, logistics and transport
  • Ensure all resources are maximised to allow SLAs to be achieved at all times
  • Work with 3rd parties to arrange workload allocation and completion including healthcare professionals, transport, logistics and other key stakeholders
  • Work with key stakeholders externally to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient service is achieved
  • Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
  • Work with the Chief Exec to highlight areas for improvement and identify areas for change
  • Regularly visit sites to share best practise and ensure smooth and efficient processes are carried out
  • Provide direct management to a small team, ensuring they have the tools and resources available to them to carry out their role
Profile
  • Experience in a similar service / operations role
  • Experience working with dispatch / logistics
  • Process improvement knowledge
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work in time sensitive situations
Job OfferThis is a role which is fast moving and requires the successful candidate to join ASAP.The role of Service Operations Manager offers a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience, along with company phone and laptop. Other expenses will be paid.Based in Sheffield, the role is core office hours, Monday to Friday and will be on-site
