Job Description

Ref:543Role: Service Co-Ordinator (Robotics)Salary: £27,040Location: SheffieldHours: Monday-Friday 40 hoursOur client specialises in providing cleaning solutions nationwide and are looking for a Service Support Co-Ordinators play an essential role in planning the repair, maintenance and hire of our equipment and machinery. It is a customer facing role, dealingwith telephone and email enquiries, scheduling visits for our Engineers and ensuring the logistics of a nationwide service are managed smoothly.Duties:

  • Responding and dealing with service requests from customers
  • Plan and schedule engineer workload & route planning
  • Liaise with customers and Engineers regarding work planned in and information requirements
  • Maintain stock levels within the parts and service department and record accurately on our Profit plus & Protean software systems
  • Liaise with sales, parts, warehouse, and other internal teams
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to promote great customer service, whilst managing expectations
  • Carry out stock take and Pre-Delivery Inspections of Robots before delivery.
  • Achieve and maintain the Service Level Agreements with customers and clients
Successful candidate:
  • Follow Company policies and procedures and make suggestions where they can be improved for the benefit of the Company and our customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment with regards to own Health and Safety and that of others
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
