Service Architect (3 Month Contract) - Join a Yorkshire Household Name!

If so, this exciting 3-month contract role at a well-established household name in Yorkshire could be the perfect opportunity for you!About the Role:As a Service Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative service solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers,operations, and product owners, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a strategic roadmap for IT Service Operations and Service Delivery, aligning technology with the business goals.
  • Establish Service frameworks, promoting consistency, interoperability, and better service integration.
  • Define and implement service governance and monitoring strategies.
  • Collaborate and ensure service components align with architectural principles.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology selection across Service Operations and Support, updating and confirming the ITSM Tool, costs and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging service-oriented technologies and best practices.
You are a great fit if you:
  • Possess solid experience as a Service Architect or similar role.
  • Have a deep understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience with Service framework, promoting consistency, interoperability, and service integration.
  • Strong knowledge of service governance and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve.
