Senior UX/UI DesignerSheffield or London basedHybrid WorkingElevation Recruitment are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for an innovative forward-thinking technology business in South Yorkshire. With a global customer base and expanding technology service proposition, this is a great time to join!As Senior UX/UI Designer you will join an agile team to turn user insights and data into simplified, useful, accessible and intuitive products by using a human-centric design approach.Key duties of the Senior UX/UI Designer will include;* Drive all the stages within the design thinking process - from research to implementation* Facilitating workshops to validate product ideas and designs* Breaking down extensive ideas into lean experiments to learn as quickly and as cheaply as possible* Constantly look for more creative and effective ways to operate* Run regular user testing to get both quant and qual insights* Provide support to junior designersWe are keen to speak with experienced UX/UI Designers with the following skills and experience:* Demonstrable experience in delivering high-profile projects such as a redesign or new go-to-market product within a tight deadline* Experience in product design, graphic design, industrial design, behavioural science, or related fields* Experience working in a product team that research, designs, and ships product features continuously, following 2-week sprints* Experience leading product iterations and measuring outcomes of success* Strong user research skills and tools that validate conceptual ideas and minimise risk of development* Experience with visual and interaction design tools - Figma, Adobe, MiroWorking Requirements* up to £50,000* 60% office 40% home* Can be based at either London or Sheffield siteTo find out more about this fantastic opportunity contact us today!
