Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a Senior Service Manager/Transformation Specialist for Youth Services to join the team and help develop partnerships and focus on the strategic elements.You will work closely with the Head of Service to support the senior management team, develop the partnership across the area and lead on some key projects.To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong management and leadership skills at service manager level or higher
  • Experience in youth / community / childrens services
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the current issues and challenges facing young people and youth services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
