Job Description

Senior Product ManagerFull Time, PermanentSheffield and RemoteSalary up to 75,000 depending on experienceDo you want to work in a business thats in high growth and scale-up stageits a very exciting time to join our this business! Their products are already launched in Norway, the UK, and Denmark, and theyre aiming to continue expanding rapidly to newmarkets.Were on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to help drive and facilitate the vision, strategy, processes and day-to-day implementation of education software products.What youll be doingAs the team is still a very small product development team, youll get the chance to have a lot of impact from the get-go.

  • Define the vision and strategy for our products
  • Create and manage product roadmaps and priorities
  • Facilitate product decisions through all phases of product development, from planning to launch and beyond
  • Introduce and continuously improve processes and frameworks to make sure our way of working helps us stay efficient, focused, and flexible
  • Ensure that we focus on the measure and learn portions of the build, measure, learn cycle
  • Work closely with the UX team to understand and represent the needs of our customers and users
  • Conduct research to understand our market, competitors, and how we can best leverage our strengths
  • Collaborate closely and ensure alignment with stakeholders in our content, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
What were looking for
  • Ideally at least 5+ years of product management experience
  • Passion for creating great product experiences and following user-centered practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident with taking a data-informed approach to product development, and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with successfully taking products from research and ideation to launch and beyond
  • A strong believer in continuous improvement and implementing flexible processes/frameworks that can grow with the team
  • Excited to work in, and empower, autonomous, cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-growth company where things are constantly changing

  • Background and/or experience in UX, user research, and/or product design
  • Experience working in a distributed team
  • Experience with designing for internationalisation and/or localisation
  • Experience working in ed-tech
  • Experience working in a start-up
