Job Description

They will formulate analysis and recommendations,engage with senior stakeholders, and participate in BAU / non-BAU activities such as Annual Reporting and short-term initiatives.Support execution of business initiatives and change activities in support of the DCOO strategy, which may include organisation design, workforce, people and culture initiatives, compliance and regulatory requirement.Work in close collaboration with the DCOO executive and Chief of Staff teams to support the change executionProactively identify, investigate and resolve challenges to the delivery of DCOO goalsConduct of necessary analysis to formulate recommendations and determine strategic direction and progress. Prepare Business Cases for approved initiatives.Provide support to stakeholders with key strategic analysis and insights;Contribute to senior management decision-making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedbackParticipate and support of business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planningYour responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively monitor and manage the execution of the DCOO strategy in accordance with the change framework principles and standards
  • Lead and/or support the delivery of ad hoc projects to improve quality of strategic planning, MI, accountability and governance
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and controls; escalate and provide recommendations for action as directed by the DCOO Chief of Staff
  • Prepare management reports, presentations and papers to provide periodic updates for the DCOO as required
  • Ensuring proper and timely consideration of market, industry and competitor analysis to support planning and performance management activities.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Significant analytical and project management skills and a capacity to present analytical information in understandable reports and business plans is essential
  • Experience in Operating Model design, leading large-scale transformations and overall project and change management
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis
  • Proven experience in financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication and people management processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
