  • Lead the design and development of innovative mechanical components, including full rack enclosures, sheet metal components, rails, brackets, and shelving for PCIe cards, cabling and more.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including DFM (Design for Manufacturability), drawing and technical documentation templates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, CE marking, and global standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, contributing to the growth of the engineering department.
  • Manage personal project timelines, milestones, and ensure accurate delivery.
Experiences required
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on skills, ranging from small prototypes to volume manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with clients, the team, and convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Preferred knowledge of telecoms and data centers.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, CE marking, and compliance standards across various countries.
