Senior Learning and Development Officer (Child and Family Services)Lead on the development and delivery of learning and development activities.Senior Learning and Development Officer (Child and Family Services)Location: Dartington, Sheffield or Remotefrom within UKHours: 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £37,468 - £39,749 per annumResearch in Practice works with organisations across child and family and adult services, supporting them to develop evidence-informed approaches to workforce, organisation and systemdevelopment. We are looking for a talented Senior Learning and Development Officer to join our team.Our ideal candidate will have experience of leading on the design, development, commissioning and quality assurance of learning and development materials andactivities to support workforce development and Continued Professional Development. Up to date knowledge of learning requirements for child and family social work and understanding of current learning theory and methods for CPD would both be advantageous.With a relevant degree and work experience, you will be an organised, positive and IT-literate professional. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and used to collaborative working. Above all, you will share our passion for helping others to use evidenceto improve the lives of children and families.
