The environment is fast paced and exciting and the business is progressive and rapidly expanding.The Role The successful Senior IT Support Technician will provide technical support, remotely and support the team in the installation and configuration of applications within a virtual/hosted environment.Liaising with customers to plan and migrate on site infrastructure to private cloud environments within the IBM DCs. Help to plan, manage and maintain the core infrastructure of the underlying VMware platform and dealing with 3rd line escalations from 1st and 2nd line support.The Candidate
