Senior IT Support TechnicianSheffield - Site based role£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Holiday, Pension, BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT Support Technician to join a well-known sports company in a highly technical and varied role.This company have been established for over 100 years and are instantly recognisable. They are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join their IT team as a leader / manager.In this role you will be responsible for maintaining servers and backups, carrying out software updates and patches, equipment and software installation, maintaining the business infrastructure and generally providing 1st - 3rd line support for all areas ofthe business.The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an IT Support Technician across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line. You will have good knowledge of Basic Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), Hardware Support, Server maintenance and patching, software troubleshooting and managinga helpdesk.
