Job Description

Are you looking to be the next Senior Digital Campaign Manager for a huge globally leading IT Reseller/ Service provider of hardware, software, cloud, and service solutions, with a £600m UK turnover Then this could be the role for you!The Marketing team serves as the face of the company, promoting and supporting the companys business strategy through a coordinated communications approach. Marketing team mates develop critical connections with both clients and vendor partners, with aview to creating long -lasting relationships. The Marketing team also plays a key role in defining compelling value propositions, as well as executing promotional activity, in order to generate brand awareness and drive demand for solutions and services.The EMEA Campaign Management team is responsible for leading an innovative and market leading EMEA campaign strategy. Team mates deliver integrated campaigns incorporating the full marketing mix, digital stack, and also ensure the delivery of tangible resultsaround core solution areas. They also work in close collaboration with the EMEA Digital Campaign team, local sales teams, and local marketing in order to drive the successful creation and landing of the campaign strategy.The Role:The Senior Digital Campaign Manager works in conjunction with the Senior Manager Marketing - EMEA, and the Senior Manager Brand & Communications to devise and execute innovative and worldclass digital campaigns which utilise both owned and paid digitalchannels. The Senior Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for developing the strategic approach, formation, execution, and overall management of the digital marketing efforts, and works closely with digital marketing team mates across EMEA to plan, design,create, and implement digital campaigns.In addition, the Senior Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing and owning the reporting and optimisation of campaign performance, and for the coaching and mentoring of the EMEA Digital Campaign Manager, other digital marketing team matesacross EMEA.Responsibilities:

  • Create and ensure the execution of an EMEA digital campaign strategy which embraces digital stack and focuses on optimising the client experience, for the EMEA Digital Campaign Manager to execute.
  • Recommend and implement new tools and techniques to drive the digital strategy forward complementing the existing use of email, social media, and search marketing, delivering a personalised client journey.
  • Design and create robust project plans for the EMEA Digital Campaign Manager to execute, and ensure centralised EMEA digital campaigns are executed, and optimised, effectively across EMEA.
  • Liaise with third party agencies to develop campaign skills, execute digital campaigns, and optimise delivery tactics.
  • Lead an innovative and marketing leading EMEA campaign strategy
  • Play a key role in executing promotional activity
  • Generate brand awareness and drive demand
  • Position to progress into leadership or senior marketing
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager - EMEA in the evaluation of media agencies, in order to make considered recommendations about digital advertising and content syndication campaigns.
  • Implement new ways of obtaining quality opted-in data to increase and maximise the client/prospect database.
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager - EMEA to create campaign targets and KPIs and ensure they are shared with the regional marketing teams to create visibility, accountability, and transparency of performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance success of centralised EMEA campaigns, including lead generation, using available tools.
  • Work closely with the EMEA Digital Campaign Manager to provide digital campaign reporting, analytics, and performance results to help the Senior Manager Marketing - EMEA track and analyse the overall performance of centralised EMEA marketing campaigns.
  • Produce and maintain weekly and or monthly analytical and ROI reports on campaign performance and deliver recommendations on best practice for digital campaign optimisation.
  • Build and maintain close collaborative relationships and communication with marketing leadership and their respective teams as well as the North American digital campaign team mates and partners.
  • Coach and mentor key campaign stakeholders throughout EMEA in a subject matter expert capacity.
  • Teach, train, coach, and mentor team mates; promoting team mate satisfaction and enabling career progression.
The Candidate:
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Experience of working at a senior level, ability to influence and advise on policy and strategy
  • Exceptional organisation skills, experience of successfully delivering multiple complex projects
  • Ability to provide effective leadership, build positive team spirit and inspire, motivate, and support teammates
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload, including coordinating with others to ensure deadlines and targets are met
  • Demonstrates previous experience of managing digital campaigns and a sound understanding of digital channels and platforms
  • Demonstrable experience of working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, PowerBI, AdRoll and Sprinklr
  • Demonstrates and understanding of digital channels and platforms used such as AdRoll, Cvent etc.
  • Ability to analyse complex and diverse information and from that make clear and effective presentations and reports
  • Ability to simplify and explain complex issues to a range of audiences
  • Ability to identify and implement effective systems to monitor performance
  • 5+ years Marketing experience (digital) in IT
Location: Sheffield Salary: £55k base + bonus
