You will be assisting with providing appropriate support working within the case working teams to support their efforts, managing basic admintasks, answering emails, requesting information, creating digital files, liaising with other departments and stakeholders.The work that successful candidates will undertake will be challenging and rewarding. In order to achieve your best you will be supported, coached, trained and mentored within a substantive departmental structure that will enable you to become multi-skilled,disciplined and equipped to provide substantial value to a wide range of teams and services. You may also be required to take liaise with other casework teams with a view to referring cases to them.
