Job Description

PermanentWe are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Systems Manager to join us working remotely, including visiting local offices when required and reporting to our Sheffield office on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for setting up, managing andmaintaining project document control and business systems in line with company, customer and project requirements.About the role:You will support and upskill the regional business system teams with protocols, quality checks and audits of documents, databases, including identifying and implementing corrective measures for any anomalies.Supporting the development of the corporate content management systems, including training and protocols and security, you will oversee the implementation of the business information management systems used in the preconstruction, delivery, handover, andaftercare phases, to ensure we have the right information, to the right person at the right time, in a secure and timely manner.What are we looking forEducated to NVQ level or equivalent, you will hold previous Information, Document Control and Business systems, with a current security clearance and experience, with good knowledge in the use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specificsoftware.
