Job Description

A new opportunity has risen for a Senior Accountant to join an expanding Accounts Practice in Sheffield who are eager to help you progress and thrive within your role! This business will help train you up to where you need to be and offer on going supportthroughout your career with them.The ideal candidate will be a confident individual whos hungry to further develop their skills and progress within the business.As a Senior Accountant, you will:

  • Able to manage and take responsibility for own portfolio of clients
  • Preparation and review of complex company financial statements
  • Preparation and review of interim management accounts
  • Preparation and review of personal tax returns
  • Preparation and review of partnership accounts and returns
  • Review and submit quarterly VAT returns
  • Forecasts and business projections - not essential
  • Attend client meetings and interact with directors and business owners
  • Train members of staff and allocate duties
