Job Vacancy: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Sheffield, United KingdomContract Type: Full-timeStart Date: ImmediateAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be working closely with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to provide them with the necessary support and guidance tothrive in their educational journey.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the head teacher and SENCO.
  • Support students with emotional or behavioral problems and help develop their social skills.
  • Prepare and present engaging teaching materials.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SEN students is preferred.
  • NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and resilient personality.
