Job Description

SEN Teaching Assistant- FULL TIME- ASAP- S2 AREATeaching Personnel are working alongside an mainstream provision in the Sheffield area with the need of a Teaching Assistant to support SEN children in an intergrated support unit to excel in their individual learning paths and meet each childs individuleneeds.The school would like to employ a strong minded individualwith who is confident with behaviour management who is willing have a flexible outlook in approaches to support childrens EHC plans in order to push them to their personal best as well as buildinga trusted relationship.

  • An individual who is patient in dealing with trying circumstances or emotional behaviour
  • Accepting of others lifestyles and understanding of SEND
  • Remaining calm in stressful situations
  • Flexibility dealing with behaviour that may present challenges
