In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing intelligent chat bots using advanced natural language processing (NLP) and machine learningtechniques. Your expertise will contribute to creating innovative and engaging chat experiences for their customers. The client already has a skilled team of Salesforce Developers. What they are lacking is specific expertise with Einstein. Therefore a suitablecandidate must have this experience and be able to help the existing development team and provide knowledge transfer.Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce Einstein Chat Bots for our clients business.
  • Architect Chat Bot solutions and introduce new features to enhance customer engagement.
  • Provide guidance, assistance and knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Integrate with backend systems and APIs.
  • Test, validate, and continuously improve Chat Bot performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI usage, NLP, and chat bot technologies.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience with Einstein, Salesforce, including Salesforce Admin and Platform Dev certifications.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing chat bot solutions, with a focus on advanced NLP and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
