Job Description

Salesforce AdministratorPermanent PositionLocation Sheffield city centreWorking Pattern 37.5 hours per week; some weekend working by exception.The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the execution on the day-to-day configuration,support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.Key Accountabilities

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning)
  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud
  • Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Validation Rules and Approval Processes)
  • Manage all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, and other routine tasks
  • Continuous integrations (CI/CD)
  • Testing of new deploymentsProvide 1st and 2nd line support on the deployment

Person specification
  • A deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud with experience in Classic and Lightening
  • Any knowledge of Apex is an advantage
  • An understanding of Marketing and Sales Cloud
  • Understands intelligent automation technologies such as chatbots and AI in the context of Customer Contact Centres
  • Sound understanding of digital landscapes
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to build and maintain good Client relationships
  • Strong decision making and judgement, influencing, and presentation skillsSalesforce.com Service Cloud
  • Any knowledge of Rail Industries would be advantageous
