Job Description

Role: Sales Support ExecutiveSalary: £22,000 with a 3 month probation period and agreed to review salary after probation periodLocation: SheffieldOur client is a fast growing online accommodation and utilities business.The role:You will support the sales and business development teamand assist with the management of over 350 clients nationwide.Duties within the role include:

  • Issue and co-ordinate contracts to clients via online signing software
  • Prepare marketing materials for new clients
  • Speak with clients to discuss improvements and help improve their customer experience
  • Help with client onboarding and setup
  • Conduct website training sessions with new clients
  • Review customer performance with the the Head of Sales
  • Discuss add-on products that are available with clients,
  • Data entry of leads for the sales team
  • Client Dashboard Monitoring.
  • Monitoring client property feeds.
  • Encouraging new properties to be made live / old ones to be removed.
  • Assist when clients require bespoke utility forms.
  • Generating and removing Trustpilot reviews.
  • Encouraging clients to add partnership badges.
  • Putting together client onboard packs (e.g pens, mugs, forms etc)
  • Adding client properties to website.
  • Research new clients for the sales team
  • Creating new prospects within salesforce.
  • Calls to tenants within the properties
  • Assisting with inbound emails/calls relating to house searching.
  • Note taking/action points in sales meetings Managers and Director.
  • Adding utility forms and chasing in new sales forms.
  • Courtesy calling clients when required.
  • Collating student/client feedback when speaking on the phone.
  • Monitoring non pro-active clients within dashboard on behalf of BDEs.
  • Reviewing clients SF record, have they added partnership badge, got PDF forms etc.
  • Assisting BDEs so they can focus on new business and account management.
  • Qualifying inbound advertising requests from letting agents and landlords.
  • Helping with low level questions/requests from 350+ clients.
  • Chasing up missing forms on behalf of BDEs.
  • Review property listings to spot improvements/errors from clients.
  • Sending out calendar invites on behalf of BDEs/arranging their meetings.
  • Ensuring general outstanding client queries are followed up efficiently.
  • Adding Direct Debit mandates to agent billing accounts.
  • Running utility form reports on behalf of all clients.
  • Sending part completed utility forms over to customer services to process.
  • Monitoring Freshdesk and identifying emails relating to the BDEs / Sales.
  • Sending out new advertising agreements to landlords/letting agents.
  • Assisting with adhoc requests from managers and director.
  • Establish from BDEs, what slows them down day to day so they can assist
  • Monitoring advertising agreements on behalf of BDEs.
  • Chasing in change of tenant forms.
The successful candidate:Our client is looking for an experienced administrator with strong customer service skills, both verbal and written. Its desirable if you have experience as an administrator supporting a sales team, but this is not essential. You will be hard working anddiligent with an excellent attention to detail.
