Job Description

We currently have a rare opportunity to join our SalesOperations Team working as a Sales Operations Lead. You can work remotely in this role or make use of one of our many offices around the UK.Joining the Sales Ops function you will support the Revenue Operations Team and Sales function to remain compliant in accordance with ISO requirements, assist sales teams and conduct various activities supporting the sales process to facilitate orders throughto the rest of the business efficiently.Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:

  • You will act as the central point of contact to ensure smooth processing of sales opportunities through pre-engagement and monitoring.
  • Support Sales to ensure opportunities are processed accurately.
  • Manage operational tasks within the Revenue Operations team to ensure ISO standards are met.
  • Drive data quality held within our CRM systems supporting the Sales Operations Analyst.
  • Ensure the Document Management function is accurately maintained and updated.
  • Meet development standards for the use of internal systems and deliver training to new users achieving a rating of Good on feedback forms.
Successful applicants will have experience in a similar administration role where you have gained experience working with a recognised CRM. Previous experience within an ISO governance/compliance department is desired.You must have meticulous attention to detail and drive continuous improvement across the sales ops function.Why TribalYou will join a dynamic and enthusiastic team who are passionate about what they do.
